Important Retirement Board Election Information – Please Vote!

San Diego’s retirement system (SDCERS) is conducting another election for two seats on the SDCERS Board of Administration.  The SDCERS Board makes critically important decisions regarding San Diego’s retirement fund, so this is an important election.  We encourage you to take the time to vote!

The election begins today and voting will take place through March 20.  Active general members hired before July 20, 2012 will be mailed a letter from SDCERS with instructions on the voting process.  Members have the option to vote online or through the SDCERS phone system.  You will need a validation number to vote (which is included in the letter mailed to you from SDCERS).  Should you misplace your validation number or have any other issues with voting, the SDCERS election helpdesk is available at: SDCERSHelp@electionservicescorp.com or toll-free at 1-866-720-4357.
